pkpok Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the pkpok platform — they define your rights and responsibilities as well as ours.
Important Notice: By creating or continuing to use an account on the pkpok website or app, you are automatically considered to have agreed to all of the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between pkpok ("Company", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "user"). This document applies to all services, games, bonuses, and promotional offers available on pkpok.
Definitions and Scope
The following words and terms used in this Agreement carry specific meanings:
1.1 Key Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the pkpok website, mobile version, and all associated services.

Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use pkpok's services. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above. We may request a national identity card or other official documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension.
2.2 Account Registration Terms
- Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.
- Creating or managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- pkpok reserves the right to reject any account registration without providing a reason.
2.3 Account Verification
pkpok may request necessary documents at any time to verify your identity and payment information. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. Failure to submit documents may result in the account being restricted or closed.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
pkpok currently supports the following mobile banking methods. Transactions through any channel other than these are not accepted:

3.2 Deposit Terms
- All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Deposits must be sent from a personal mobile banking account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact live chat and keep the transaction reference number on hand.
- pkpok reserves the right to hold any deposit in cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered to the account.
- The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing funds from a bonus.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus — it is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount.
Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds are kept separate from real money; all conditions must be met before withdrawal.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- pkpok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the company may forfeit the bonus and close the account.
- Using third-party funds to meet bonus conditions is prohibited.
4.4 VIP Program
pkpok's VIP program has 5 tiers in total. A weekly cashback offer is available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
You can advance to a higher tier based on your playing consistency and activity. The benefits and terms of each tier apply separately.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Permitted Use
The pkpok platform is designed for personal entertainment and leisure. You may only use it lawfully through your own personal account.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Fraudulent activity or deception
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Playing using automated bots, scripts, or software
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to pkpok systems
- Operating multiple accounts from the same household or network (suspicious cases will be investigated)
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Unauthorized use of pkpok's intellectual property
5.3 Consequences of Violations
If any of the above rules are violated, pkpok reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice, forfeit the balance, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.
Games, Services, and Fair Play
6.1 Nature of Games
All games available on pkpok — slot machines, live casino, sports betting — are chance-based. The outcome of each round or bet is independent and does not depend on previous results. We use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures fair and transparent outcomes.
6.2 Service Availability

6.4 Third-Party Game Providers

Sports Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance
pkpok accepts bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets are finalized subject to confirmation on pkpok's servers. A bet may be voided if it cannot be verified due to technical reasons.
7.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each event and market. These limits are clearly displayed on the platform. Additional verification may be required for large bets.
7.3 Result Determination
Event results are verified from internationally recognized sources before being finalized. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bets are generally refunded, although different rules may apply depending on the specific circumstances.

10.3 Technical Issues
pkpok is not responsible for any losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or device failure. However, in the case of a widespread technical error, affected bets will be reviewed.
Contract Changes & Termination
11.1 Right to Modify Terms
pkpok reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
11.2 Contract Termination
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any valid withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed. Bonus funds will be forfeited if the applicable conditions have not been met.
11.3 Termination by pkpok
pkpok may close an account without prior notice if any terms of this agreement are violated. In cases of serious violations, all funds may be forfeited.
